Batbayan-Bezmer was placed in charge of the Cozar People of Bulgarios in Greater Halychyna by Chouvrtou. In 677 the Cozar People of Asparukh and Kotrag revolted. The rest of the Cozar People consolidated their rule around Greater Halychyna as far as Kiev in the East and in the west, Chelarevo where the Cozar People converted to Judaism in the mid 700s.
