Chouvrtou

Chouvrtou or Kuvrt or Kuvrat was a leader of the Kazarig tribe and was named as the Patrician of the Kubiar generals who pacified the Cozar People. Three of his Kubiar generals' tribes eventually rejected the rule of the Kara-Khazars and established their own realms.
