Похоже, что заглавная страница - прямой перевод с английского на русский от англоязычного участника.
Есть ряд фрагментов, которые можно улучшить, вот примеры:

There are no Bnei Noah movement in Russia, and I am one of those, who can try to change the situation.
I'm quite good at understanding of the subject. My English is not so good, but Russian is in a better condition.
I can help to translate pages from English to Russian and write our own issues.
