The Teli is essentially astrology which will ultimately be redeemed into cosmlogy by the Messiah as the Head of Esav finds a place in the world to come.
Nachmanides states in his commentary to Devarim 18:9-12, that there are certain stars that are guided by archangels, and that these archangels are the souls of those planets. They are called the Princes of the Teli.
