Hagarenes' (Ahryani/Aхряни or مهاجر mhaggre and Ἀγαρηνοί) or "The Pilgrims" a.k.a. Sarakenoi (meaning "not Sarah's") were nomads for the sake of Ha-Shem. Keturah Hagar is in a mystical sense the equivalent of saying Keturah The Pilgrim, and is regarded by Hagarim as the mother of all Hagarim. Others regard Keturah and Hagar to be two separate people because of Gen 25:6.
The Ishmaelite Nation is an offshoot of the Hagarene tradition. Ukraine became known as the land of Kedar, and the liturgical rite of Kedar is used by Karaim from the Ukraine even to this very day. Such "Kedarites" are associated with Y-DNA Haplogroup http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haplogroup_P_(Y-DNA) the Gokturk-approved "Avars" (Hebrews).
