Netzarim

The word Netzarim means scions and has been used to refer to the Royal Scions of the House of David such as the Exilarchs. The Netzarim (Judeo-Nazarenes) seceded from the Notzrim during the time of Mani. They were circumcised Adoptionists who maintained some regard for the Torah, rejected Paul's message of Noahism, permitted stagnant water for ablutions, practiced Havdalah and implemented monogamy. In short they were a group of Judaizers who were not Jewish. Very similar to some Messianic Jewish groups today.
