The Russian Qaraim Iliya Kalinin was a Messianic Noahide elder of a community of 2500 Karaimite Noahides in Privol’noe around 1900CE (the turn of the 20th century). The Central Spiritual Board of the Russian Karaim Abroad was established for his community.
