Oriental Orthodox Church
The Oriental Orthodox Church came into existence in Orientalis in the 7th century CE in response to the rise of Umayyad Islam. It was formulated along Byzantine lines of Patriarchal organization using Byzantine Patriarchal Apostolic succession to which it called the Monophysite Noahides who were also being called to Umayyad Islam at that time. Relatively few Monophysite Noahides survived independently for example as the Paulicians of Europe and the Tsabians of the African Independent Churches while most became either Muslim or Oriental Orthodox Believers.
