Building a global stategy
Q. Do you have any idea what I could do to build a website to reflect global outlook strategy?
A. I would have to understand your concept of a "UnitedNoachideCouncil".
The name reminded me of the "United Council of Churches" so I envisioned some loose federations of organizations pooling resources and information for the benefit of their members.
If you say like the "United Nations", this could be analogous to the Sanhedrin being like the U.S. Senate, a body of legislature which does not just interpret laws, but it also makes them. I'm not sure if I would have thought this applicable to the BN, because each nation would make laws quite different than the other. What is "legal" and proper in one form of worship could be "illegal" and improper in another nation's worship. So each nation would need its own court with its own legislature, so I am not sure where the "United" would come in.
It is true that all these religious & legal systems need to be based on the 7 basic laws - as presented by the Bible - and with authority derived from the Bible & the Rabbi's who interpreted them. So perhaps there is room for a high court that oversees all the BN groups. But in truth I was surprised when I heard the Sanhedrin had created a High Council for Bnai Noah, I would have expected many such councils deferring to the Sanhedrin when a question relating to the seven laws came up. This perhaps could be analogous to each State in the U.S.'s supreme court deferring to the Supreme Court on matters relating to the constitution, but otherwise operating quite independently of each other.
