Salman (d.656) was a Zoroastrian who became a Netorian but was kicked out of Nisibis by Babai the Great before finally subscribing to Monoenergist Hebrew Messianism. He is believed by Leo the Issaurian to have been instrumental in writing the Paris Folios whose other authors Leo said were Umar (d.640s) and Muawia's enemy Abu Turab of Hira (d.661). The Standard Abbasid Narrative states that it was Muhammad, Uthman and Zaid ibn Thabit.
