Bayah, the Oath, or Brit (transliterated), of Bnai Noach.

In some traditions they stand before the Safer Torah, in front of a Bet Din (Court) of 3 or more rabbis and swearing not to do acts of theft and oppression to other Bnai Brit peoples.

In other traditions the Bnai Noach hold onto the Tzitzit of a Jew and promise (in front of two halakhically Jewish witnesses) to follow the Jews because HaShem is with them.

Beltz hold that Gerim should take the Oath in front of a Hakham with two Halakhically Jewish witnesses during immersion to become Toshavim.
