Nasara (Netzarim) is a word used in the Quranic materials written by the Idumeans to refer to a type of Injeel-reading adoptionists who regard any Messiah (and only a Messiah) as G-d's son.

They they might have been the original Monothelite Acephali (Maronites) who appear similar to Ebionites.

Others suggested that they were the Gnostic (Marcionite) followers of Plony Yeshu HaNotzri Ben Stada.
