Moreover it identifies them as taking wizards as their lords. Much debate has raged over the identity of 'Azir, some say he is Ezra, but this hardly fits the context. It is much more likely certain that his is the green man, Osiris, venerated among the practitioners of witchcraft.This ends the discussion of the Hoodan religion in the Quran, but there is one more element which deserves a small discussion.
