In English-language Jewish works, the word "Jesus" can refer to a few different people:
- Joshua ben Perachia's student Yeshu Ha-Notzri Ben Pandera who founded the Jordanian Baptists according to the Kuzari.
- Ribi Yehoshuah who was the teacher of Simeon Kefa.
- Yeshu Ha-Notzri Ben Stada who claimed to be the reincarnation of Yehoshuah and beguiled the Palace of Helene of Adiabene before being stoned to death in Lud and hung on a Carob Tree near Safed where he is buried.
