Jack E. Saunders, who began his professional career as a Baptist pastor, is the president and lector (principal teacher) of Frazier's Chapel, a Noahide center near Cleveland, Tennessee - just outside Chattanooga. A leading figure in the modern Noahide movement, he and Dr. Michael Dallen founded the First Covenant Foundation together. He currently serves as co-chair and trustee.
