According to Al-Baladhuri's Futuh, both Hani' b. Hani' s daughter Bahriyya became the wife of [[Umar]]'s son [[Ubayd Allah ibn Umar]] (died summer 657) but after he killed who was set to be the next king before being arrested for the murder of his father's assassin Hormuzan even and who though pardoned by Tazig (Uthman) pardoned him, Hani ensured he would did not inherit any rulethanks to Hani's opposition.
