Cyaxares II, entitled "Gubaru" (Mighty/Hero), descendant of the Midianite Hebrewswho were conquered by the Medes (מָדַ֖י). He is called Darius the Mede (דָרְיָ֖וֶשׁ הַמָּדִ֑י of or דָרְיָ֙וֶשׁ֙ [מָדָיָא כ] (מָֽדָאָ֔ה not to be confused with מָדַ֖י ק)) in the Bible.
