Chouvrtou or Kuvrt or Kuvrat was a leader of the Volkhar tribe and was named as the Patrician of the Kubiar generals who rejected the rule of the Kara-Khazars and established their own realms but later liberated most of the Cozar Peoplefrom the Franks.
