E-V68 Apis/Epaphus, the Pharaoh who ordered the drowning of the baby Hebrew boys (Exodus 1:22). Yet, his daughter Libya adopted Moses. He is named after לוטן. He was the son of the Caphtorite Pharaoh Telegonus and bitter rival to his brother Tao. As his name indicates he was seduced by dark forces to consider himself an enemy to Ra, protector of the Upper Egyptian Caphtorim and to Seth defender of the lower Egyptian Inachids whom he conquered.

Anak-idbu succeeded by Yanassi son of Anak replaced by Apis/Apepi succeeded by Pharaoh of Exodus 5:1.
