As Wherever they are, as long as Children of Noah observe the Sab ul Mathaani, they are called Gerei Toshavim. In the Kingdom of Israel such people are to be rewarded with official status while the Children of Noah who break the Sab ul-Mathaani there will only be decapitated (rather than stoned as Jews and official Gerim will be for the same offence). Gerei Toshavim who are observing the Sab ul-Mathaani as ethical standards are called Chochmei Umot Ha Olam. Gerei Toshavim who are observing the Sab ul-Mathaani because it is their religion to do so are called Chassidei Umot Ha Olam.
