Cain's children blood-related themselves to every group of humans on the Terrestrial planet Earth. The y-Haplogroup B + mt-Haplogroup L5 Enochian generation of Cain filled with remorse did repent and was granted immortality, but all other descendants of Cain would always be known as Nephilim.
