Hagarenes' or "The Pilgrims" were nomads for the sake of Ha-Shem. Keturah Hagar is the equivalent of saying Keturah The Pilgrim, and is regarded by Hagarim as the mother of all Hagarim. Others regard Keturah and Hagar to be two separate people because of Gen 25:6.
