The Asura or Æsir were descendants of Brahma and Kashyap. Following the demise of The House of Terah which was established when he who became Abraham overcame Amraphel of Nimrod, Terah's empire was split into two nations. Abraham's Assyrians took control in the north and later on their Sabian relatives established Babylonia in the south. The Abrahamic lineage is represented by Y-Haplogroup R while the Babylonian children of Tudiya's original Ashur (whose cities the Abrahamic Assyrians occupied) belonged to Y-Haplogroup J.

The Achamenids were put in place over the Persians by the Assyrians.
