This is a creation-science article which uses vocabulary from the scientific Judeo-Sufi tradition.

According to Chapter 2 of Genesis Nabi האדם (Hadam عليه سلم‎) is actually the original Human "germ" itself, for it was created from spores (עפר) of the star-dust plains (האדמה) after the 2nd age but before there were any plants created on Earth. The reason why the Human Y-Chromosome is more archaic than that in our devolved Pan-Troglodyte (Chimp) "relatives" is because it developed in Paradise (the milky way) at the dawn of time (עדן) while the germ of its Chimp counterpart containing the same basic material developed on Earth.

Hadam عليه سلم and its genetic counterpart Ishah (אשה) together enjoyed unrestricted right of free roam in Paradise and access to the Tree of Life in the middle of Jannah. But Ishah and Hadam عليه سلم‎ fell in love with Ygdrasil (the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil) in a quest to attain the likeness of האלהים (God).

Mitochondrial DNA Haplogroup L Eve (חוה) conceived Cain as "dark" Ishah (Night compare Nut) and Hadam عليه سلم were clothed in skin in the 6th age to be among "red" Adam (mankind) of Ygdrasil [1][2][3][4][5], the reflection of God on Earth as Y-chromosomal DNA Haplogroup A Nephlim in temporary imprisonment.

The union of native Adamic chromosomes with Ishah's X chromosomes caused an as of yet unidentified mutation associated with maternal diabetes and subsequent over-sized children the ensuing delivery complications which have been inherited by some modern humans while "dark" Hadam عليه سلم caused the BT mutation in the "red" Adam Y-chromosomal Haplogroup.

L1 were the sister clade to the now extinct "Abel", succeeded by the "Seth" Neanderthal בני האלהים, the only surviving brother to Y-DNA BT Cain.

Seth & L0 produced the Elfine-Nephlim Capoids. Some Sethians and the now extinct beautiful Daughters of "حمإ" Hadam בנות האדם produced the similarly extinct giant Anshei HaShem, Human-Neanderthal hybrids of Skhul. The Cainites who repented with MT-L23456 produced the Dwarf-Cainite L5 Xenokians of Nod including MT-L2346 the wife of the Sethian Xenok who together produced the L2 Daughters of Xenok.

Neanderthal Hybrid Noah lived among the L2 Daughters of Xenok and produced Xam's womenfolk L6 and Shem's wife MT-L34 whence came N the second wife of Japheth after he divorced L4 (who then wed Xam along with many others).

All Y-Haplogroup CT lineages of Hadam were wiped out off the face of the planet earth during the ice-age (deluge) except in accordance with scripture for C (Japheth), DE (Xam), and F (Shem) who were saved in Arabia (The Ark) by relation to the daughters of Noah. Thus Y-Haplogroups A (Nephlim), B (Cainites), with Noachite C (Japheth), DE (Xam), and F (Shem) along with MT-Haplogroup L0 (Eve), L1 (Nephlim), L5 (Xenokian Cainites), L2 (Daughters of Xenok), and of course Noachite L6 (including L3, M, N and L4), as well as some X chromosomes of the Ishah Daughters of Hadam were continued after the ice-age (deluge).

We can not yet say that Human genes infected Neanderthals but we do know that Neanderthal X-chromosomes have infected certain Humans probably through Noah's wicked second wife the giant Naamah mother of the Amorites. However, MT-Haplogroups L0, L1, and L5 as well as Y-Haplogroups A and B have until recently remained practically free from Neanderthal DNA.
